The location is nice. You can hear the trucks pass by from the hotel room. When they put on the air-brakes, you wake up. Nice breakfast! It also has a bar and a place to order food. The receptionist Karina was very nice. I wish all receptionist were like her.

Room had fruit flies in it from the second I walked in. The room has a musty odor. Hot tub is Luke warm and breakfast is less than desirable. There was one person at the front desk who had a nice personality. I was woken up at 530 am by a woman walking down the hall yelling "everyone up".

The hallways and elevators smelled terrible, our room also had an odor. Some areas felt grimey and unclean. Carpets in stairwells had holes and need to be replaced. Hot tub was closed. Breakfast was underwhelming and not very good.

Noisy, down-at-heel, a/c didn't work automatically, room not very clean

The hotel backs up to the interstate and our room was on that side of the hotel, so we heard highway noise throughout our (overnight) stay. The a/c was a mess. The only way to control it was to plug in the wall unit, wait an hour or two for the temp to get too cold, then unplug it again. Oddly, the table lamp and coffee maker were both unplugged when we arrived. We had to move the desk so we could plug them in. The room had not been vacuumed, as we found little bits of stuff on the rug that a vacuum would have picked up. The bathroom door jamb was sticky/tacky in places. The sink by the room door drained VERY slowly; we decided not to use it. There were messages on the room phone that no one had cleared. We had to put a folded-up washcloth over the little flashing light when we wanted to sleep. The breakfast was a mixed bag. Not laid out logically (e.g., utensils were in the middle of the L-shaped set-up instead of at one end), boring bread/pastry and cereal options. OTOH, they had DIY waffles, and bottles of sugar-free syrup on most tables. They also offered both full-fat and reduced-fat yogurt, as well as fresh fruit. The location was relatively convenient. Getting to it from southbound I-87 took some doing, but getting back onto southbound I-87 the next morning was easier. There's a gas station right across the street and several restaurants within a 5-10-minute drive.

This is a very accessible hotel and easy to find. The front desk staff clerk was friendly and helpful, and that is saying something considering how late it was when I arrived. I appreciated the clean, quiet room. Not a fan of the breakfast choices at all and would be glad to see this chain upgrade the meal selection. But worth staying here. Recommend.
